Speedmark Indonesia started its operational on 1st of October 2002 with the name of PT. Speedmark Logistik Indonesia. On January 6th, 2003, a Joint Venture Company between Speedmark Transportation Singapore, Princetonhall Hongkong (on behalf of Allport UK) and PT. Speedmark Logistik Indonesia, has been established under the name of PT. Speedmark Transportation Indonesia.
With effect of February 1 st, 2003, Speedmark Indonesia operates under PT. Speedmark Transportation Indonesia. PT. Speedmark Logistik Indonesia will only act as its customs broker as it is a regulation from the Indonesian Government that a customs broker has to be a local forwarder.
